Двумя ключевыми задачами внешней политики премьер-министра Абэ Синдзо в 2015 году являются улучшение натянутых отношений со всеми азиатскими соседями (включая Россию), с одной стороны, и усиление военно-политических связей с Соединенными Штатами Америки - с другой. Успешное решение именно этих задач во многом будет определять на обозримую перспективу позиционирование страны в Северо-Восточной Азии.
Two key goals of the foreign policy of Abe in 2015 are the improving of strained relations with all its Asian neighbors (including Russia), on the one hand, and the strengthening of military-political relations with the United States of America on the other. The successful solution of these tasks will largely determine for the foreseeable future the positioning of the country in Northeast Asia.
