Статья акцентирует внимание на том, что проблемы корпоративной социальной ответственности затрагивают не только сферу экономики, управления и менеджмента, но и культуры, религии и философии. Рассматривая в качестве примеров программные лозунги некоторых японских компаний и декларации бизнес-сообществ, автор прослеживает и анализирует мыслительные парадигмы и традиционные ценности, с которыми связаны формулировки идей социальной ответственности в Японии. По мнению автора статьи, перенесение на японскую почву принципов и механизмов КСО облегчается тем, что эти новые технологии воспринимаются как продолжение собственной традиции, японские нормы КСО не только воспринимаются извне, но и достаточно гибко формулируются внутри собственного социокультурного пространства.
The article focuses on the fact that the issues of corporate social responsibility affect not only the sphere of economy, governance and management, but also the culture, religion and philosophy. Analyzing as examples, the slogans of some Japanese companies and the declarations of the business communities, the author traces and describes the mental paradigms and traditional values, which are related to the formulation of ideas of corporate social responsibility in Japan. According to the author, the transfer to the Japanese soil CSR principles and mechanisms facilitated by the fact that these new technologies are seen as an extension of its own traditions, Japanese CSR standards are not only set from the outside, but spontaneously and flexibly formulated within its own social and cultural space.
